Back to Reality.......
Happy New Year!! 
So.....the Holidays are over!
I always get sad around this time because the house is bare now that the decorations are gone. There are no family get together, parties, or outings to attend. (I am very family oriented) And it seems like once you really get it to the spirit.....IT'S OVER!!!
What makes things even sadder is that I have to return to the dreaded college campus as Law school starts in a week!
I haven't received my grades from last semester yet.....they'll be coming this week and I'm trying my hardest to be optimistic.....(secretly:
)
Not only that but I must submit my application to transfer.....
All in All it's a NEW Year that I am beyond grateful to the Lord to see........
I'm grateful for:
Earth
Air
Water
God
Jesus
The Blood
Good Health
Family, Friends, & Boyfriend
My Natural Hair
Education.....& the debt that comes with it
My Parent's & their Health
Goals for 2011:
Improve my health
Expand my blog
Do well in Law school
Be closer to God
Learn to Knit
Consistently meditate
Volunteer more!

Styles: Bunin' It
Sorry I've been gone so long! School is kicking my butt and Finals are here:(
Thankfully, it's the end of the semester and I can go home and see my family! I'm SOOOOOO EXCITED!!
Anywhoo! I have SO many styles to update you guys on! So lets get started (
with only 1 because I have to go back to studying..I'm such a slacker sometimes 
)
BUT! in my defense....blogger was acting SUPER stupid and not uploading my pics when I tried to post previously!
First up: Bunnin' it!
Disclaimer: My flat twist look jacked up because it was my first time doing them SUCCESSFULLY!
Look @ the growth 7 months into my transition...I love it
I love love LOVE MY Hair!!!

Styles: Bantu Knot Out #1
Hey Lovies!!!!
Just wanted to show you guys a quick style I did last month because I didn't know what else to do!
I took down the individual twist.....(which I need to post..oops
)
Ok so I washed with my usual routine...........
...but instead of using Creme of Nature to pre-condition, I made my own concoction of:
1 Egg
Honey
Herbal Essences condition
Coconut Oil.....mixed here:
Needless to say,
my hair LOVED it!!! It was extremely soft the entire time I washed and rinsed 
I then conditioned with this
....first time using it, I'll review soon!
After detangling, I moisturized, and I proceeded to Bantu knot my entire head!

Pardon the mess, I was in the process of writing a paper too
Do you see the two textures
All done....I tied it up and went to bed! 
The next morning....
The take down......
